A: I think we start with getting clear on what we want. Most of us have a laundry list of qualities we want in a perfect partner, I think that we can succinct it down to 2!
Spend a little time this month thinking of what 2 qualities are the MOST important to you in a mate.
Mine are KIND and THOUGHTFUL. Once you have figured out what your two qualities are, I want you to start saying that out loud to yourself.
