Without knowing a lot about what you may be doing right or wrong, I can provide some small suggestions. Some keys to maintaining a lasting relationship lie in both consistency and communication. For example, with consistency, continue doing the small stuff if you were really good about calling when you said you would at the beginning of a relationship, are you still doing that? Regarding communication, when you feel things are starting to get a bit uncomfortable in the relationship, do you bring it up or just hope it goes away? It sounds like you are generally shocked when these ladies break things off with you. I would suggest looking harder for signals early on in the relationship and try to do something about it then. Set time aside to see if you are both on the same page in terms of where the relationship is going. Be sure it is in a comfortable setting so that if she wants to bring something to your attention, she will feel okay doing so and not feel like she is going to be interrupted. Remember to really listen and if they are reasonable, make the changes. You will likely have things you may want to bring up with her as well. Learn from what these women you date are telling you. A failed relationship is not a true failure if you learn something valuable from it that can make future relationships better.
